Ruby Hupp Ruby N. Hupp, 94, of Williamsburg, Ky., passed away June 15, 2011 at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be conducted on June 18 at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John D. Mountjoy offficiating. She will be laid to rest in the Cumberland Memorial Gardens. Hart Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
