Forty-five-year-old Melissa A. Helton is facing four counts of fraud or false statement in obtaining a forged prescription and four counts of criminal possession of a forged prescription. According to the indictment, on four separate occasions between January 27 and February 3, Helton allegedly used forged prescriptions bearing the signature of a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to obtain supplies of Hydrocodone. An FNP is legally authorized to write prescriptions. Helton did not appear in court for the return of indictments. A status hearing has been set in the case for Friday. The grand jury also returned the following indictments: Tara Noel Warman, 39, of Corbin, second-degree forgery (four counts), identity theft (four counts), second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument (four counts), and first-degree persistent felony offender Erik Steele, 25, of Corbin, first-degree sexual abuse Charles Jeffery Gray, 35, of Corbin, receiving stolen property of the value of $500 or more but less than $10,000 Ashley N. Boggs, 28, of Corbin, first-degree bail jumping and second-degree persistent felony offender Michelle Faulkner, 44, of Corbin, first-degree possession of a controlled substance &#x2013; methamphetamine Latecia R. Medlin, 28, of Gray, first-degree possession of a controlled substance &#x2013; methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug, controlled substance prescription in improper container (three counts), and public intoxication &#x2013; controlled substance Christopher Lee Hibbard, 30, of Gray, first-degree fleeing or evading police (two counts), first-degree wanton endangerment, failure to maintain automobile insurance and first-degree persistent felony offender April Leann Burnette Graves, 26, of Corbin, first-degree fleeing or evading police Dustin Tyler Eric Mills, 19, of Cannon, first-degree fleeing or evading police &nbsp;</description></oembed>
