She was born July 13, 1966, in Toledo, Ohio. Beth is preceded in death by her daughter, Anne Elise Lowe. She is survived by, daughter, Katie Johnson and husband Aaron; grandchildren, Ella & Liam Johnson; mother, Ann (Gibson) Lowe and husband, William; father, William Parrott and wife, Vauda (Faulkner) Parrott; brother, Brent Parrott; special aunt, Martha Gibson; uncle, James Bernie Gibson and a host of friends and family to mourn her passing.
