The items were available for pickup on Dec. 18, at Immanuel Baptist Church on Browning Acres Road in Corbin. For safety reasons, the event was held as a drive-thru pickup this year just like it was last year. &#x201C;While we are not able to put together a party again this year because of COVID&#x2013;19, we look forward to having a really big party next year,&#x201D; said Empty Stocking Fund President Joe Caldwell. Prior to the COVID&#x2013;19 outbreak families were invited to a Christmas party. In recent years, the party has been held at The Corbin Center. Families were provided with a pizza lunch and treated to a movie at nearby Tri-County Cineplex.</description></oembed>
