Tony Lester Thurman, born in 1973, theft by deception-include cold checks under $500 – 12-month jail sentence probated for two years after first 30 days are served, court costs, pay restitution to Bryant’s within 60 days. Salenia Ann Wilson, born in 1977, improper registration plate, no auto insurance – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, $275 fine. Hamblin, born in 1982, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, improper equipment – 90-day jail sentence probated for two years, $25 fine plus court costs. William Henry Harris, born in 1966, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol – 12-month diversion. Amiee Camille Jody, born in 1973, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol – $50 fine plus court costs. Roger Johnson, born in 1966, theft-shoplifting under $500 – 30-day jail sentence probated for two years after first seven days are served, sentence to be served on weekends, court costs, stay out of Walmart.
