He was born on February 11, 1957 in High Pointe, NC to the late Luther B Gardner and Mary (Martin) Gardner. He is survived by his son, Larry B. Gardner (Lisa) of Sylacauga, AL; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn Baker of Williamsburg, Christopher Howard, Luke Gardner, and Elijah Gardner, all of Alabama; brothers and sisters, Ronald Current, Bill Gardner, Paulette Lakin, and Ronald Gardner, all of NC; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
