Trick-or-treating hours for Halloween have been announced. Corbin’s hours will be 3:30-5:30 p.m. in downtown and 6:00-8:00 p.m. in residential areas on Monday, Oct. 31. Trick-or-treat in Williamsburg/Whitley Co. will be 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.
