Whitley County Sheriff's deputies arrested the second suspect in connection with a toddler who was brought into Baptist Health Corbin last Sunday with a broken arm and head trauma.

 The Baptist Family Fitness center in Corbin was closed Wednesday morning after swimmers had to be transported to the hospital with respiratory problems

A former Whitley County Sheriff's Deputy is scheduled to be arraigned Monday afternoon in Whitley District Court on a DUI charge.
