A Corbin man accused of shooting in the vicinity of law enforcement claims he fired his shotgun in the air to scare off would-be thieves.

Police: No charges likely after child falls from second-story window

Authorities say they aren’t at this time considering criminal charges for the parents or guardians of a two-year-old that fell from a two-story window at a Corbin apartment complex and was seriously injured Monday evening.
