preliminary findings suggest trooper involved in fatal accident acted properly

Kentucky State Police Trooper Dwayne Foley remains off duty as he continues to recover from his injuries, but an initial investigation has revealed no wrong doing on his part in the wreck that took the life of a Williamsburg man last Wednesday afternoon.
