A London doctor who spent time working in the emergency room at Jellico Community Hospital has pleaded guilty to tax evasion.
The sixth grade students at St. Camillus Academy spent time Thursday searching the school for items they could sell on eBay. Their goal was to help raise money to keep the 105-year-old school open beyond May 23.
Laurel County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Florida man whom they say was driving under the influence of drugs when his vehicle went off the road near Corbin and overturned into a ditch Wednesday afternoon.
Two local people were arrested Tuesday at a Corbin motel for drug trafficking and marijuana possession.
