 Clark County senior Pokie Harris ran for 277 yards and scored five touchdowns in leading the Cardinals to a 39-29 win over the Corbin Redhounds Friday night at Cardinal Stadium in Winchester.

 Corbin’s Abby Baylor has had a busy summer. She has spent part of that time getting ready for her senior year at Midway College and another part doing her internship with the Lexington Legends.

 The Corbin Redhounds soccer team opened the 2011 season with a split of two games last week. The Redhounds lost at Garrard County 3-0 and were aided by two penalty kicks then came back Saturday to edge the North Laurel Jaguars 2-1.

Results of an unflattering audit of the Knox County Fiscal Court will be referred to Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway.
